Hannah & Joe are now settling in their new home in Malaysia, moving just a few days after their glorious Wiltshire garden wedding. They had just found out the day we met for their Bristol engagement shoot that their hopes for moving were all coming together, and their was such excitement that their wedding would also be one incredible sending off party.
The reception was held in Hannah’s parents’ garden, and the ceremony at a local church. Hannah had done a reading at Jess & Andy’s wedding, and they returned the favour by playing and singing during the signing of the register. As they left the church, the bridesmaids and groomsmen smothered the couple in a great big group hug, which really summed up the feeling of the day. Then they showered them in confetti, which hung in the air for a moment longer than anticipated, as if to hold on to the feeling.
The day was full of beautiful details, from the powder blue Ted Baker bridesmaid dresses which perfectly matched the hydrangea bouquets, to the little model animal place settings and a definite theme of travel. Musical entertainment was provided by dear and talented friends of the couple.
Hannah & Joe, I hope South East Asia is treating you well and that these images bring back memories of your magical celebrations on these far away shores.
