Nonsuch Mansion, Surrey
The day after their stunning Tamil Hindu ceremony, Isha & Krish held a civil ceremony at the elegant Nonsuch Mansion. The styling was accented by shades of blue from the subtle soft hydrangeas in Krish’s buttonhole to the brilliant Majorelle blue of the bridesmaids dresses. This was offset with rich deep pinks in bespoke lighting which lit up the venue day and night. Isha’s mother’s sari encompassed both these beautiful colours together.
When you are with these two you are swept into their world, a joyous world full of interest. They are discerning, and made Nonsuch Mansion their own with extra indoor and outdoor furniture by Rio Lounge, a Silver Trailer Photo booth and beautiful blue themed flowers by the ever amazing Jay Archer Floral Design.
Isha chose a Vera Wang dress with beautiful cascades of soft tulle which looked like a waterfall. She looked effortlessly beautiful with minimal makeup, soft waves in her hair, her grandmother’s elegant necklace and a beautiful natural blue bouquet with Jay Archer‘s signature soft wildness. Krish’s bespoke shark skin grey suit was made in Naples, paired with a crisp white shirt with their wedding date embroidered on, baby blue socks and a white hanky with a light blue rim from Saville Row, and a silver tie from Jermyn Street.
Isha & Krish’s ceremony in the Orchard Room was beautiful. Their little flower girl entered with a sign ‘last chance to run’ and their page boy gripping their rings securely, sporting a winning smile and a sign saying ‘ring security’, was a picture. Then came the four stunning bridesmaids in processing before Isha walked down the aisle by her mother. The cheers and applause when the ceremony reached its conclusion showed just how dearly these two are loved.
The reception in the grounds played out to amazing jazz, and two of their close friends from university serenaded them before the wedding breakfast. As day turned to night, Isha & Krish chose to hold their speeches outside on the steps, under the light of the moon. What an amazing atmosphere. The Last Of*, their evening band, kicked off the party and they danced into the small hours.
The day was beautifully run by Amy and her team at Nonsuch, it is so wonderful to work at a venue who cares.
Isha & Krish, it has been an absolute joy to get to know you both, and an incredible privilege to be a part of your two day celebrations. I hope our images allow you to relive these precious days many times over.
