These streets are worth exploring. A hundred a fifty years ago or so, this was all orchards. There is something about the way the roads turn, the little weaving secret pathways between streets, and the way the trees knit it all together, that tells that story. The main streets too have an elegance, with little original shops and cafes. And everywhere there is a real sense of community – of family.
Stu & Trish live in the beautiful town of Teddington. We spent the afternoon wandering along the high street, stopping off at their favourite haunts, then down to the Lock and the woodland beyond. Their wedding celebrations next month I know are going to reflect their togetherness, their calmness, their sense of style and most of all be about the ones they love. It’s going to be perfect.
