QUIET OBSERVATION: When choosing a photographer, you are selecting someone for their personality as well as their artistic eye. I’ve been told by my clients that I am a calming influence, and my style is to capture the real moments, to be sensitive and to empathise with my subjects.
FINE ART PRESENTATION: I believe the presentation of your images should feel as special as the moments they hold. I have created a collection of products which find that balance between making the most of today’s technology, having true beauty and quality, and taking account of the scarcity of the Earth’s resources.

ABOUT RIA MISHAAL
I believe portraits should be personal and infused with what is valuable to you. They should capture the essence your child and family: the personality, the emotions, the relationships. I am passionate about creating personal, sincere images that evoke a moment in time. My photographic style comes from my curiosity and quiet observation.
Every collection I offer includes a consultation session by Skype, when we can get to know each other better and discuss the details of your session, from what is important to you to your styling choices.
I live in Hampshire with my husband and daughter in an old house with a wild garden, full of trees and birdsong. I love the peace of long walks in the woodland and the magical feeling of early morning and late afternoon light. Stories are my great love.
I am proud to have been awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS) and I am an RPS tutor.
